Update doc for ACTION_HEADSET_PLUG to mention explicit register.

Copied the documentation from other similar actions that have the
same behavior.

AudioService.java has
 intent.addFlags(Intent.FLAG_RECEIVER_REGISTERED_ONLY);
for this action.
