Implement CollapsibleActionView on SearchView.

Automatically handle expanding and collapsing in an ActionBar using
the new callback for Collapsible ActionViews.

Also clear the query text when collapsing.
Make sure that the 'x' doesn't show when in expanded mode with no text.
