[AAPM] Update support dialog according to API feedback

This change does the following:
- Adds explanations to feature ID constants.
- Changes feature ID constants from strings to ints.
- Changes dialog type constants from strings to ints and makes them
  hidden.
- Make the createSupportIntent static and hidden.
