Broaden the definition of "invalid message sent" to include messaging style

Prior to this change, only messages determined to be a conversation could count towards the "invalid message sent" field, but this change extends that to messages that have the relevant style but do not meet the criteria for a conversation.

This primarily affects any apps that target >=R that do not provide a valid conversation shortcut with a message notification, and only when the app is in the state of never having sent a message with a valid shortcut in the past.
