Fix small bugs in VCardComposer.java.

- The logic for emitting "FN" is wrong.
- FileWriter's "double close" problem should occur in the current implementation.
- Let VCardParser_V31.java ignore AGENT field instead of throwing an unkind VCardNotSupportedException.
