Add assets and rear display state handling in SideFpsController and BiometricPrompt

Adds new assets for BiometricPrompt in rear display mode, and adds
RearDisplayState repository and interactor to update and retrieve rear
display state, to properly show/hide the SFPS indicator and show the
correct assets in BiometricPrompt. Also adds new View-ViewBinder-ViewModel
structure
