framework/base: Change to enable mm-parser. 



- mm-parser related enums are added in framework
- adding ExtendedExtractor module to plug-in mm-parser with framework
- adding MIME type that are supported by mm-parser

Patchset 1: Add QCOM_HARDWARE ifdefs.
