Add a top request level Bundle property to GetCredentialRequest.

Today both CreateCredentialRequest and GetCredentialOption have a Bundle
property (mCredentialData and mCredentialRetrievalData respectively) to
hold request data at their levels. This change defines a similar Bundle
property in GetCredentialRequest that holds any request data proper for
the top get-credential-request level, or in other words data that apply
to all of its GetCredentialOptions.
