Removes duplicates from AllAudio makefile and fixes title tag of
Promethium (from Platinum).

sounds: AllAudio: Avoid conflicting ringtone names

In commit 1ed703f5, 2 ringtones
were added with names that conflict with pre-existing ringtones.

Rename the ringtones to avoid the conflict.

Remove duplicate audio: Tejat is Argon

Argon is our default notification in vendor/cm, so remove Tejat as
the offending duplicate.

[SQUASHED] Frameworks: Cleanup and remove duplicate sounds

- Cleanup and remove duplicate ringtones, alarms, notification sounds.
- Fix typos and include material ones
- CAF removed Helium as it is a duplicate of Hassium. Switch back to choosing Hassium as the default alarm tone.
