Integrate Simpleperf profiling into MessageQueuePerfTest.

Add `MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` and `WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` permissions to the manifest. Configure `AndroidTest.xml` to use `SimpleperfListener` to generate a simpleperf report for the test process. Modify `MessageQueuePerfTest` to use `SimpleperfHelper` to start and stop simpleperf recording.
