Take over animating of unfold Shell transitions

Adds logic to UnfoldTransitionHandler that
takes over animating a transition if it contains
changes related to unfold.

Test: atest PhysicalDisplaySwitchTransitionLauncherMixedTest
Test: manual unfold 20 times =>
  verify that there is no black screen delay
Test: artificially increase collecting of rotation transition
  => rotate and unfold device, check that animation works
