Fix contextual timeout sometimes does not work 

Do not release timeout override wake lock when the flag hints
USER_ACTIVITY_FLAG_INDIRECT

Rename RELEASE_REASON_UNKNOWN to RELEASE_REASON_NOT_ACQUIRED
