Renamed "media playing" APIs to "visible behind" 

   - Request from API Review: rename the media playing APIs to a more
     generic name, reflecting the background visibility feature these
     methods actually control.
   - Made the new isActivityVisibleBehind().
   - Changed convertFromTranslucent() and convertToTranslucent() to be
     SystemApi.
