UI improvements for the print spooler

- gray out printer icons of unavailable printers
- Increase touch target of more into button
- Use same info icon as in the Settings
- Align text correctly in destination drop down
- In general use same layout as generic list-item (as much as possible)
- remove unnecesary color file
