Don't set the AV receiver icon for a BT suggested device.

This is purely a cleanup change since the Bluetooth device type is not
currently supported for device suggestion, thus the removed code never
executes.

Similar to other unsupported devices, the bluetooth device should fall
back to use the default icon which is a speaker.
