Fix incorrect MediaMetric UID in setMicrophoneMuteNoCallerCheck.

UID and userId were confused in CarAudioService, and MediaMetric UID was
incorrectly set with userId in setMicrophoneMuteNoCallerCheck.
Also fix setMicrophoneMuteFromSwitch where UID and userId were used
incorrectly.
