Various quality-of-life improvements

- Instrumentation.waitForIdleSync() detects pending exceptions
- Env var to control method call logging.
- RAVENWOOD_ALLOW_ALL_SYSPROP_READS=1 to allow all sysprop reads
for easier prototyping.
- When showing a filename, show a file:// URL, so it'll be clickable
on gnome-terminal.
