This check in brings in the following changes: 1. Fixes a bug caused by discrepancy in attribute names. The bug prevents ThemeManager from applying ringtones. 2. PackageManager exposes (hidden) method getLockedZipFileName, so ThemeManager can use it to retrieve DRM-protected resources.
