Removing dragging haptic texture.

Due to teamfood feedback, we need to better refine the haptic texture
while the notifications are being pulled to be detached. We shall
revisit the haptics with a better design once we reach trunkfood.

Test: manual. Verified texture haptics don't play when pulling a
  notification.
