Dump more per-user data in IMMS

This is a follow up CL to my previous CL [1], which moved many fields
from IMMS to UserData.

To make future debugging easier, let's also dump these per-user
fields.

This is only about dumpsys and bugreport. there must be no user
observable behavior change.
