[flexiglass] Enables fingerprint unlock while in AOD

When in AOD, fingerprint unlock should be allowed to unlock the device.

Test: manually verified that SFPS unlocking while on AOD wakes up and
unlocks the device
Test: manually verified that SFPS unlocking still works on non-AOD
lockscreen and on the bouncer scene
Test: manually verified that the feature only works if "Touch to unlock
