[dual shade] Adds haptic to dual shade expansion. 

When entering either shade from the Gone scene, the haptic is played.

Fix: 366568089
Test: manually verified that the haptic is played on the QS or notif
overlay, when expanding over the Gone scene - but not when expanding
over the Lockscreen sceene
