Custom pointer icon for standard widgets 

Implemented custom pointer icon for Button, ImageButton,
Spinner and TabWidget.

PointerIcon.TYPE_HAND will be shown if the widget is enabled,
clickable and has not defined its own pointer icon through
setPointerIcon or pointerIcon resource attribute.
