Do not assert VisibleLayersShownMoreThanOneConsecutiveEntry for minimization

Assuming the layers keep visible doens't make sense for the minimization
test scenarios as minimization hides the app's layers.
AssertionTemplate.APP_CLOSE_ASSERTIONS does the similar treatment.
