ktfmt classes affected by recent @ShadeDisplayAware refactors

I --no-verify the upload of a few cls in the chain as format changes were hiding how small the changes actually were.

This cl is the result of ktfmt on all the files modified so far. No change other than formatting should be here.

+ removing a wildcard import that was making upload fail
