Camera2: add highSpeedVideoConfig wrapper and APIs

- Add wrapper class for highSpeedVideoConfiguration.
- Add APIs to query high speed video recording configurations in
  StreamConfigurationMap
- Fix ColorSpaceTransform unit test in CameraMetadataTest
- Fix a bug in HashCodeHelper
