Add empty addTransactionCommittedListener for StubTransaction

To avoid calling real method which may run the listener on a dead
handler which was terminated by test. That crashes the test process.

(TransitionTests#testFixedRotationOpen uses the stub transaction
to onRotationTransactionReady -> addTransactionCommittedListener)
