Add idmap2d to the list of dumped native services

idmap2d sometimes fails to start, causing a whole system
lockup and a reset, so we need to know the process state to
debug it. It's also a short-lived service - started on demand
and stopped after 10 sec of inactivity, so it shouldn't
increase the amount of data in ANRs
