Add assertions for non-resizeable application

Actions:
1. Lock phone
2. Launch app

Assertions:
1. app window not visible start, window appears, app window visible at the end
2. app layer not visible start, app layer appears, app layer visible at the end
3. launcher visible at start, launcher disappears, launcher invisible at the end
