Allow each AppEntity to handle click events individually.

- Add a listener for each app entity view. So, they
can handle click events individually.

- Since the parameters of setAppEntity are increasing,
I create a builder class which save some information of
app entity.

- Clean up AppEntitiesHeaderController.
