libaudiohal@aidl: Release implicit patch immediately on stream close

Opening a stream creates an "implicit" patch which is not handled
by the APM. If it were handled, the APM would release it together
with closing the stream. This change ensures that the same behavior
is replicated for "implicit" patches.
