libaudiohal: Implement some functions called during startup

Based on the logs during CF startup, implemented the following
methods:
  - DeviceFactoryHalAild::getHalPids
  - DeviceHalAidl::dump
  - DeviceHalAidl::get/setMasterMute
  - DeviceHalAidl::get/setMasterVolume
  - DeviceHalAidl::get/setMicMute
  - DeviceHalAidl::setMode
  - DeviceHalAidl::setVoiceVolume

Also implemented retrieving of IStreamCommon.
