Revert "nuplayer: do not use cached source for wvm content -- DO NOT MERGE"

 * Strange things are afoot at the Circle K.
 * This patch is causing audio streams which use the cached source to go
   go into an infinite flush loop even after stopped. Only way out is
   to kill the app.
 * Revert for now.

This reverts commit 08786619.
