CCodecBuffers: Update KEY_WIDTH and KEY_HEIGHT to correct values 



Update the KEY_WIDTH and KEY_HEIGHT according to the MediaImage.
Applications KEY_WIDTH and KEY_HEIGHT to interpret the MediaImage
so they must be aligned.
