Camera: Re-calculate the output transformation per stream

The output stream transformation can dynamically change
depending on active physical id switches. The current
calculation assumes that the output stream mirror mode
is always set to AUTO. Additionally the camera stream
will ignore new transformation values if the mirror
mode is not AUTO.
Consider the specific mirror mode per output stream
when calculating the transformation and allow the
new value to be applied accordingly.
