Camera: Fix CameraService.cpp compilation if not QCOM_HARDWARE

The latest commit by Steve Klondik
(Change-Id: Ie52b6207293abe5a57d3bbe9d9c43e8c5b070af5)
is breaking the compilation of CameraService.cpp if not QCOM_HARDWARE.
Seen that while compiling CM10 for a Tegra3 device (HTC endeavoru).

This patch contains elementary fixes for this problem.
