mediatek: Add audio set/get callbacks

Add hooks to transport FM-radio from the FMPlayer to the audio layer
itself. FM-radio doesn't follow the usual audio path and instead is
handled by the HAL directly, these methods allow communication between
the player loaded in MediaPlayerFactory and the hal.
