media vts: Update APV files

Updated existing APV files as bitstream syntax has now changed and
previous clips are not valid anymore.

The spec adds 4 'signature' bytes in the beginning of each AU.
These files are compliant to OpenAPV v0.1.11.3.1 at
https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openapv/releases/tag/v0.1.11.3.1
and with the specification that will be published
at https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-lim-apv-04.html.

These clips were provided by the openAPV team and are under
BSD-3 license.
