Reopen output using preferred mixer attr before updating call routing.

HAL implementations require to update call route before configuring the bit perfect stream. In that case, When the phone state is changed,
reopen the output using preferred mixer attributes so that the HAL can
update the telephony patch without worrying the bit-perfect playback.
