camera: bypass roundBufferDimensionNearest for Y8

Fixes the following error when using NubiaCamera's portrait mode.

0x20203859 = Y8

E cameraserver: roundBufferDimensionNearest: No configurations for format 538982489 width 4096, height 3072, maxResolution ? false
E cameraserver: createSurfaceFromGbp: Camera 4: No supported stream configurations with format 0x20203859 defined, failed to create output stream
