Reduce codec.track.* atrace logs

 Original traces were adding redundant characters and was too often that it was quickly filling trace limit of 60MB/day
 - change the buffer event log frequency from .5s to 5s
 - log only onOutputBufferAvailable only now.
 - trim buffer events for pid, uid and intervals
 - can achieve about 3x improvement in trace size
