DO NOT MERGE - audio policy: fix DeviceVector::getDevicesFromType()

Fix device type comparison in DeviceVector::getDevicesFromType():
AUDIO_DEVICE_BIT_IN bit must be excluded from type comparison
and used as an orthogonal match criterium.
