Fix HalInterface in RequestThread is not restored in #stopInjection

In #stopInjection, only the HalInterface in Camera3Device is restored
to the original one, but the HalInterface in RequestThread should also
be restored, otherwise, after resuming, all capture requests will still
be sent to the injected Camera Hal Interface, and then the device will
go into an error state, because the injected Camera Hal Interface has
already been released.
