stagefright: Fix the MPEG4 editlist explosion on Widevine

 * Crash results during XTS due to buggy editlist handler.

 * This version was done by Qualcomm, and has been superseded by
   Google's implementation in Kitkat, so let's go with that.

stagefright: limit default max-input-size for AVC

AVC has a compression ratio of at least 2.  Account for this, as
some codecs refuse exorbitant max-input-size requests.
