common: Expand labeling of sysfs_vibrator nodes using genfscon

* In particular, many Samsung kernels use pwm_*-based nodes for
  manipulation. As opposed to chasing all the variations, we should
  just assume that anything under the vibrator directory is a
  vibrator node.
