Support preprocessed prebuilt tests in androidmk 

Adds support to translate app prebuilt tests to android_test_import and
LOCAL_REPLACE_PREBUILT_APK_INSTALLED to preprocessed property.

Test: androidmk_test.go, bpfix_test.go
