Spoof target build variant for Whatsapp

Whatsapp was detecting us as a custom ROM because our display id contained the "debug" pattern. It displayed an ugly message at start. See e/backlog#5730 (closed)
Description
Filtering out the "debug" pattern from the userdebug target build variant makes Whatsapp quiet now.
