[Pod] Update systemui_core benchmark to modify StatusBarInitializer.

I69e0850d64e13d39a0bf46d51b802d69d59d7feb modified the benchmark to use
CentralSurfacesImpl which was thought to be equivalent, but the new
benchmark runs show that CentralSurfacesImpl takes ~35 seconds longer
than SystemUIApplication.

Changing to StatusBarInitializer seems to save 20-27 seconds locally, so
this should get us closer to the original benchmark value.
