Update finding go files 

Add gogrep for grepping golang files.

Extend mgrep to search for files in subfolders of build and soong
directories.

Test: source build/envsetup.sh && gogrep DepsMutators
Test: source build/envsetup.sh && mgrep ProductPrivateSepolicyDirs
