Remove SplitInstallService main branch reference

Context

SplitInstallService has now different branches for compilations purposes (FLAG_MUTABLE for PendingIntent).

Description

Remove SplitInstallService main branch reference so that SplitInstallService builds on the v1-r branch as other projects.
